Permanent Ngoma

Permanent Ngoma is a human and women’s rights practitioner with an interest in seeing the fulfillment of human rights as entrenched in international, regional, and domestic human rights instruments. Permanent currently works as a Regional Manager at ZimRights covering Masvingo and Matebeleland Regions. She has 7 years of experience in Project Management, Active Citizenry, Social Accountability, Economic Justice, Advocacy, and Human Rights. Highly innovative, organized and detail-oriented with high standards of performance. Exceptional team member and deeply familiar with programming and corporate governance.

Prior to joining ZimRights, Permanent Ngoma worked as a Programmes Manager at Women’s Institute for Leadership Development (WILD) challenging the violations of women’s rights to leadership and political participation.  

She is a holder of a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Solusi University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership with Midlands State University, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Entrepreneurship with Lupane State        University.
